The Sundance Institute and Drishyam Films joined hands last year to establish the Drishyam | Sundance Screenwriters Lab. The Lab aims to provide an opportunity for writers to develop their work under the guidance of accomplished international advisors in an environment that encourages intelligent storytelling with a global scope.
Taking forward the immense success of the inaugural Screenwriters Lab in Goa last year, the second edition will take place in Udaipur between April 4-8, 2016. A beautiful heritage city in Rajasthan, Udaipur forms an ideal writers’ retreat -- the perfect environment for a diverse group of emerging writers and mentors to have a refreshing and productive exchange.
